DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You are responsible for the central dashboards in the area of ​​Customer Experience & Retail Sales – from conception, creation to maintenance
  • You create ad hoc analyses so that the business and top management can make targeted decisions
  • You carry out complex analyses using static methods (e.g. regression model or machine learning) to prepare long-term strategic decisions
  • You create and maintain your own database tables using SQL in collaboration with the data warehouse team
  • You are directly assigned to the Customer Experience and Retail Sales department, work closely with the business and see the fruits of your labor directly

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in mathematics, (business) informatics, economics, business administration, psychology or other scientific subjects
  • You are always interested in the latest technologies and already have experience with databases (SQL), standard reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Google Looker), statistical methods (regression analysis) and basic knowledge of Python is an advantage
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, a strong understanding of numbers, are conceptually strong, technically adept and experienced in using Excel
  • You work accurately, independently, enjoy teamwork and are not thrown off by short-term changes in direction. In addition, you are a strong communicator and assertive
  • You are fluent in German and English for communication with international colleagues
