Digital Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities

  • You support and advise our subsidiaries worldwide in building support and operational capacities for our digital product portfolio, enhancing regional service competencies

  • You are responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting our digital products during commissioning and ongoing operations to ensure maximum operational stability

  • You develop strategic concepts to decide which skills should be developed locally in subsidiaries and which should be centralized at the headquarters to maximize effectivenes

  • You develop new digital service solutions and closely align requirements with the relevant stakeholders to provide customer-centric and future-proof solutions

  • You support the operational capability of critical infrastructure (servers, cloud, authentication concepts) in the Digital Operations area and actively contribute to process improvements

  • You implement and manage uniform quality standards in the Digital Operations area across various regions to ensure consistency and service excellence

  • You prepare data, reports, overviews, and charts related to digital products to support informed decision-making and create transparency

  • You promote knowledge sharing (know-how, best practices, recurring issues) between regions with different maturity levels regarding digital products, contributing to a continuous learning culture

Profil

Your Skills

  • You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • You have extensive experience in the planning, management and implementation of IT projects, ideally in the field of digital products in a medical technology company

  • Ideally, you have knowledge of CRM, PLM and ERP systems and their structures

  • You are distinguished by a systematic and analytical mindset, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high level of service orientation complete your profile

  • You are willing to travel internationally (especially Europe, NAM, APAC), and have experience in an international environment

  • You are fluent in English and ideally in German
