SAP BW Manager (m/f/d) – Global S/4 HANA Rollout Project

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Manager to drive our global S/4 HANA rollout project at a leading international manufacturing company. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our SAP BW solutions and managing a dynamic team of experts.

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team consisting of 4 disciplinary managers and 6 to 8 functional experts.

• Project Oversight: Plan, implement, and optimize SAP BW solutions within an S/4 HANA environment, ensuring smooth integration into the global system landscape.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international stakeholders to align business requirements with technical solutions.

• Project Management: Monitor project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Data Strategy: Oversee data warehousing and analytics projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience in SAP BW, ideally within an S/4 HANA environment.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong expertise in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.

• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.

• Experience in global rollout projects, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
