Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed Term
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Maintaining the GS Cybersecurity SharePoint (Initial planning, updating content, defining structure, responding to change requests, collaboration with communications team for review/feedback)
- Unifying and formatting business specific documents to make them available globally (change of formatting, applying same look and feel, removing business-specific contents)
- Preparation of meeting agendas, detailed logging and documentation of cybersecurity meetings related to ICS topics with the business
- Preparation, execution, debriefing and tracking follow-up activities of meetings with the business and Cybersecurity teams
- Current University studies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, JIRA.
- Personal initiative, quality and result orientation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
