Ihre Aufgaben

• Designing and conducting training sessions for internal employees, international partners, and customers.
• Developing practical training materials and documentation, including manuals, presentations, and guides.
• Conveying complex technical content related to our products and systems in an understandable and illustrative manner.
• Organizing and conducting both in-person and online training sessions.
• Collaborating with departments to continuously improve training content based on product developments and customer feedback.
• Supporting the implementation of new products by creating technical training concepts.

Ihr Profil

• Technical education or a degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in conducting technical training sessions, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong didactic abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using presentation and e-learning tools.
