Project context:
The scope of the SAP S/4HANA Implementation project covers several manufacturing sites and multiple businesses in the UK and Germany. You will be responsible for creating and utilizing Project Management methodologies to ensure the SAP S/4HANA programs are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Anforderungsprofil
Task:
- Responsible for planning and executing project management for the Technical Development workstream within the SAP Release 4 Program.
- Plan and organize the Technical development workstream and drive the Technical team forward to deliver on time, on scope, and with quality.
- As part of the SAP Release 4 Project Management team, work together with other workstream PMs and the Release 4 Program Manager to ensure delivery of the R4 Program.
- Be responsible for detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates (effort, timing, resources), status reports, risk analysis, monitoring progress of plans against milestones for Technical Development.
- Maintain Jira for the workstream, keeping issues up to date, and manage and facilitate scrum ceremonies and project team workshops for the value stream.
- Maintain metrics on WRICEF development, managing milestones for functional specifications, development, and unit testing. Report on progress of WRICEF development for the R4 program.
- Facilitate review of workstream risks and issues, follow-up on actions, drive risks to resolution.
- Manage dependencies and intersections with other interrelated SAP value streams (example: OTC, FTM, LWM, STP, etc) or projects (for example business projects, MES interfaces)

Requirements:
- Experience in managing IT projects or programs in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management tools and methods
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, specifically Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Project) and Jira to manage sprints, epics, user stories, and sub-tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work across diverse groups and global teams with a common goal; and able to work through differences to reach consensus
- Fluent in English - near native English written and English speaking ability
Desired Qualifications:
- Project Management or Agile Certification
- Fluent in German
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including WRICEF development
