Associate Financial Management and Treasury (m/f/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking an Associate Financial Management and Treasury (m/f/d) in Berlin. You will ensure an efficient and compliant payment process for your companies and ensure the correct allocation of all bank statement items. Together with Expert Hub Treasury you are responsible for the bank account administration and support in quarterly and year end closing. The position is permanent and available on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) or part-time basis (30 hours/week).

Your tasks:

• Responsible for all payments (automatic and manual) of the respective companies
• Bank reconciliation (Ensure proper booking of all incoming and outgoing payments)
• Central bank reporting
• Monitoring the cash flows and liquidity
• Proactively identifying service delivery issues and taking appropriate action
• Bank account administration
• Support in process optimization initiatives

Your profile:

• Academic degree in Business Administration or in a comparable field
• Professional experience in Treasury or Cash Management
• Fluency in English, Turkish and Russian
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions.
• Analytical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Extraordinary service attitude and the ability to work in a team in an international environment.
