    Ready to drive the future of mobility? Join our ambitious team in Munich and help deliver affordable mobility by optimizing our fleet’s cost efficiency. We’re seeking a passionate, hands-on individual to own and improve our fixed fleet cost controlling & analytics in our “Fleet Steering & Systems” team. Your mission: Establish and own a pragmatic forecasting, monitor and steer during the financial year, provide insight-focus reports to our board and be the internal counterpart for group controlling and accounting. You will benefit from 360° development opportunities, gaining a holistic view of fleet management, fleet costs, fleet analytics and fleet tool development.

    DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

    • You will own the controlling of our fixed fleet cost for over 100,000 vehicles and >4 bn. € yearly business volume across Europe
    • You will have a real impact with short decision paths, working directly with Vice Presidents and cross-functional leaders
    • You will recommend the best approaches for forecasting and steering
    • You are the key contact person and knowledge carrier translating between fleet purchase and operations teams as well as country heads
    • You will collaborate with innovative colleagues in both our Munich headquarter and Tech Hub in Lisbon

    COME AS YOU ARE:

    • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
    • You have experience in controlling and planning of fleet costs either from a consultancy or corporate
    • You have profound knowledge of Excel and first experience in AWS Quicksight
    • You bring drive and the willingness to take full ownership, thriving in a dynamic environment where trust and responsibility go hand in hand
    • You communicate fluently in English
