Job Description

As a Project Manager at Devoteam Middle East, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead project planning, coordinate resources, manage risks, and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing project performance, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Additionally, you will contribute to improving project management practices and governance within the organization. This is a key position for an experienced project manager looking to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including objectives, milestones, and timelines.
Scope, Schedule, and Budget Management:
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring projects are within budget.
- Address any scope changes or risks with effective management techniques.
Resource Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure resources are aligned and available for project success.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues to ensure minimal project disruption.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project progress, adjust plans when necessary, and ensure goals are met.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to refining project management practices and governance, enhancing project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing business-related projects.
Hold Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
Should be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Project Management.
Should have experience working on Government projects with good PMO set-up background.
Experience in VRO’s, PMO, or TMO (structure and procedures, etc.) is advantageous.
Project Management related Certification is a must.
Should have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
