SAP PP Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Team Lead to drive our global S/4 HANA project at a leading international manufacturing company. This role offers flexibility in location, with opportunities based in Münster, Dortmund, or Duisburg.

• Team Leadership: Manage and develop a dynamic team comprising 4 disciplinary managers and 8 functional experts specializing in PP, QM, LES, and MM.

• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all project activities within the global S/4 HANA environment, ensuring seamless integration across multiple modules.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between international stakeholders and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the overall project roadmap in a fast-paced, international manufacturing setting.

• Proven experience in SAP environments, preferably with hands-on S/4 HANA expertise.

• Strong background in Production Planning (PP) with working knowledge of related modules such as QM, LES, and MM.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in international project environments, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
