Aufgabengebiet
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for
- Execution of the Group's operations strategy to enhance market positioning, operating profits and service levels tailored to region-specific needs
- Provide direction to GMs to develop annual business plans, KPIs and capital expenditure plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with Group standards
- Guide in strategy implementation by tracking properties KPIs against targets
- Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead the development and implementation of operations policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure world class service delivery and innovation
- Collaborate with GMs to implement LQA standards and competitive LQA score achievements
Anforderungsprofil
- Reports to the CEO.
- Must hold a Six Sigma Black Belt qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in one of the following:
- General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager role, transitioning into an operations-focused position.
- Operations Director level with a proven track record.
- Experience managing a portfolio of luxury brands, aligning with the Group's positioning.
- Flexibility for remote working, with no requirement to relocate to the UAE.
