Your role as Recruitment Marketing Specialist, is critical to ensuring our recruitment activities deliver the skills our client needs, using employee or related marketing skills gained in a corporate or military environment. You’ll act as ambassador for our recruitment events across Northern and Central Europe, where your leadership, teamwork and organizational skills will be invaluable in engaging and attracting the very best talent.


Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing activities in alignment with the company’s talent acquisition strategy.
  • Plan and manage recruitment, networking events and workshops, including attendance at events across Northern-Central Europe.
  • Actively reach out and engage with potential candidates to encourage them to apply
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content and collateral for various channels.
  • Identify, build and foster relationships with business and industry organisations to attract talent. (eg. Industry associations, ex military, trade associations)
  • Analyze event performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role in a corporate or military environment.
  • Hands-on experience developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Northern and Central Europe to attend and lead recruitment events.
  • Fluent in both German and English in a business environment.
