Senior Controller (w/m/d)

• Develop, update, and analyze product cost standards, monitoring variances.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, overseeing relevant KPIs.

• Manage integrated corporate planning, conduct variance analyses, budgeting, forecasts, and profitability calculations.

• Handle investment and project calculations, including new product calculation bases.

• Manage inventory stocks and provide accounting support.

• Experience in energy subsidies (BAFA) and customs.

• Identify potential cost savings through analyses.

• Provide ad-hoc evaluations for management decisions.

• Oversee cost centers/cost accounting and prepare cost allocations.

• Support project-related internal and external reporting.

• Graduated in Business Administration with a specialization in controlling or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably within a manufacturing industrial company.

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP, particularly in the FI/CO module.

• Hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and a high level of initiative, commitment, and motivation.
