For our client, a leading global multi-specialist B2B agency, we are looking to fill the following position:

SENIOR EVENT DIRECTOR (M/F/D)

• Define the strategic approach to proposal creation and pitching at a high level, aligning it with organizational goals and values
• Provide high-level strategic leadership for the GTM plan, aligning marketing efforts with the organization's long-term vision
• Establish governance structures and policies for budget management across the event department
• Ensure budgetary compliance and alignment with organizational financial objectives
• Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and elevate the agency's industry standing
• Provide strategic oversight of onsite operations to ensure alignment with Practice goals and standards

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
• 12+years of experience amongst an agency within the Event Marketing Industry (Internationally) with proven experience at leadership / management level
• Familiarity with event industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies/experience within Event Marketing to influence the team and the Event Practice
• Proficiency in event management software's & platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Suite
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
