Your tasks

You are responsible for cross-selling the full range of products we offer at Baader Bank.
You acquire new clients and actively contribute to the growth of our client base.
You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, acting as their trusted partner.
You organize and execute client roadshows to showcase our solutions and expertise.

Your profile

You have successfully completed a university degree.
You bring experience with financial products, ideally including ETFs, equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
Your trading knowledge allows you to navigate financial markets confidently.
Strong written and oral communication skills are among your strengths.
You have a proven track record in sales and building lasting client relationships.
Cold calling doesn’t intimidate you – it’s an opportunity to connect and grow the client base.
You are dynamic, entrepreneurial, and always keep the client’s needs in focus.
As a self-starter, you are organized and driven to achieve success.
Fluent English skills complete your profile.
