DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• You have the chance to get to know many SIXTis: You are responsible for the personnel administration of our employees
• You can fully live out your passion for administrative work: You are responsible for all HR-relevant documents in the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding (e.g. employment contracts, certificates, reports and evaluations, employment references, contract changes, etc.)
• You love structured and precise work: You track the return of documents and ensure correct data maintenance in our HR systems
• You are a team player: You work closely with other people management teams (e.g. Talent Acquisition Management, HR Business Partner, HR Controlling, Payroll, etc.) and quickly feel like part of our ONE HR in Team Orange

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a human resources specialist or office communication specialist (m/f/d)
• You have several years of experience in personnel administration or personnel processing 
• You feel confident in the complete Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel, and work in a structured, analytical and precise manner
• Ideally, you have some experience with Workday
• You are characterized by a discreet and careful way of working, are a team player (m/f/d) and an absolute organizational talent
• You speak fluent German and at least good English
