We are looking for you, located in Trier as an

Agile Line Manager (m/f/d) Medical Controlling

Your tasks:

Disciplinary and functional lead of the department "Medical Controlling”
Responsible for building up team resources and effectiveness of department "Medical Controlling”
Responsible for the departments’ permanent improvement, effective reporting and delivery in time
Responsible for the specification, implementation and permanent improvement of processes, procedures and work instructions within the department, considering norms and directives
Responsible for the improvement in efficiency (e.g. avoid / eliminate redundancies in implementations)
Responsible for employee training / qualifying / support and development
Leading cross-site teams
Target setting and regular check-ins with all team members
Delegation in terms of the Scrum / agile methodology

You bring along:

BS / MS in Computer Science or comparable
Ideally several years of experience in leadership in software development environments
Recruitment of people and/or managing budgets
Application of Scrum-methodology in international and multi-site frameworks
Change management skills in an international environment
Ideally domain knowledge in Medical Controlling and HealthCare domains
Inclusive leadership style that motivates the team, empowers individuals and supports personal growth and raising talent
Ideally successful track record of leading international teams in geographically dispersed environments
Experience with Agile (Scrum) development
Strong leadership personality with very good communication / motivation and change management skills
High social competence
Strong intercultural social competencies
