YOUR TEAM

To support our VEMB steering team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in agile methods and will be an integral part of the team that works on organizational development.

For our pilot project of an Obeya room, we are looking for a working student to support us in making this a central point of contact for the transparent progress and status of one of our release trains. We want to use this to identify risks at an early stage, derive data-based strategic and operational decisions and work together to optimize processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collection and preparation of relevant data (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Creation of dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
  • Co-designing the physical Obeya space
  • Creation of templates and patterns for information visualization
  • Supporting the organization of meetings and workshops in the Obeya space
  • Documentation of decisions and measures
  • Creation of presentations and training materials on the Obeya concept
  • Identification of improvement potentials in the Obeya setup and processes
  • Development of new ideas and optimization suggestions
  • WHO YOU ARE

    • Enrolled student in the area of industrial engineering, economics, adult education or similar (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
    • Understand and summarise complex issues
    • Good communication skills, interest in working with people
    • Understanding and visualising facts
    • Work takes place 60% on site
    • Interest in change management and agile management
    • Fluent in English and German
