A Snapshot of Your Day 
Are you a dynamic and driven Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt looking to make a significant impact in a thriving business? We are seeking a Master Black Belt to drive continuous improvement across the GS EU&AF business areas in a complex multi-region and multi-site business, whilst inspiring trained LEAN practitioners. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and lead a team, in a supportive work culture that values continuous improvement. The Master Black Belt plays a critical role in the business success and a key role in igniting organisational change, which is essential to a sustainable future and a successful business.
Manage Business Excellence within the Gas Services Europe and Africa business, ensuring continual improvement of processes and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role will support improvement projects within the business, ensuring that GS EU&AF processes are fit for purpose through effective use of tools and techniques. The role will work with the management population to develop improvement opportunities that improve business processes and reduce waste and variation to impact our productivity cost.
How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Leading teams, influencing senior leadership, and driving change through improvement projects to meet targets
  • Directing and engaging teams at all levels, collaborating with finance and departments for seamless improvements
  • Delivering projects on time, within budget, and identifying opportunities for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and output
  • Communicating strategies to foster continuous improvement, teamwork, and strong industrial relations
  • Influencing all levels and driving change using effective tools and techniques
  • Providing guidance and support in technical quality
What You Bring
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or long-term experience as Black Belt with relevant degree
  • Management experience in project and manufacturing environments, focusing on improvement
  • Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, or nuclear industries, with quality and business improvement experience
  • Expertise in continuous improvement, agile, and lean methodologies at Master Black Belt level
  • Proficiency in English, ideally with strong German and excellent communication skills
  • Results-driven, problem-solver with a passion for improvement and willingness to travel
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
