• Oversee and develop the technical department and its personnel

• Contribute to the formulation of strategic decisions

• Create and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of all systems

• Plan and monitor the maintenance and upkeep budget, including investment planning

• Take responsibility for maintenance, servicing, spare parts management, machinery and plant technology, as well as building infrastructure, technical systems, and compliance with work and fire protection regulations.

• A technical degree or equivalent qualification

• Several years of leadership experience in a similar role, particularly in the maintenance and repair of production facilities and building technology

• Experience in procuring technical capital goods and expertise in machinery and plant technology

• Project management experience

• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English

• Familiarity with IT systems
