This Account Executive DACH role is dedicated to ESG. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we need committed, motivated Account Executives who have experience in selling SAAS Solutions. Activities
As an Account Executive within ESG for osapiens, you will be responsible for working with Mid-Market customers and the following:
- Managing sales activities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Prioritising activities and tasks effectively to maximise productivity and achieve sales objectives.
- Nurturing and developing client relationships, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Taking ownership of the progression, and closure of functional and platform deals, demonstrating proficiency in the entire sales cycle.
- Facilitating close collaboration among various supporting functions, including presales, customer success, marketing, partner management, and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deal execution.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience working within B2B Saas
- Experience in value-based selling, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, essential for building rapport with clients and articulating value propositions effectively.
- You will be able to communicate effectively in a business context in both English and German.

This role is working within our ESG Sales team within the DACH region and could be within any of the 5x sub-teams which are split by industry.
