(Senior) Medical Science Liaison (gn) Germany

As a (Senior) Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will drive scientific exchange, foster collaborations, and support the launch of innovative Oncology and Haematology therapies. This is a unique opportunity to influence the foundation of a new structure.

• Serve as a scientific expert, maintaining deep knowledge of disease areas and emerging data.

• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and scientific experts.

• Provide balanced scientific information on company products to HCPs.

• Gather clinical insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Represent the company at medical conferences and events.

• Support clinical trials, including site selection and investigator engagement.

• Provide scientific training for internal teams.

• Collaborate across functions to align medical strategies.

• Advanced scientific/medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) or relevant clinical background.

• 4+ years in Medical Affairs/MSL, ideally in gynaecologic oncology.

• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Product launch experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations (FSA-Code, EFPIA, IFPMA, etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluency in German and English.
