Senior Cyber Security Manager (m/w/d)

• Continuously advance OT information security with dedication and expertise

• Develop and implement security policies, strategies, and measures for OT in accordance with the overarching information security framework

• Execute risk assessments for current OT systems and potential new acquisitions

• Conduct thorough threat analyses

• Serve as a key advisor and consultant for both specialized departments and IT on OT security matters

• Design and lead initiatives for information security awareness and training

• Completed a degree in Business Informatics, STEM fields, or a similar qualification

• Extensive professional experience specializing in IT and/or OT security

• Proficient in IT/OT security standards including ISO2700x, BSI baseline protection, and IEC 62443

• Broad technological knowledge and hands-on experience with network, cloud, and security technologies

• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex issues clearly and effectively to various audiences, both verbally and in writing

• Strong persuasive abilities and assertiveness

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and spoken proficiency
