How You’ll Make an Impact - Leading and further developing a strong team of experts which operates on Business Area level and as a Business Partner for Gas Services Execution Units at the same time
- Responsibility of full delayering and bundling of Operational Controlling tasks (e.g., SG&A, HC, Factories, Capex, Central Items, Corporate Charges, IT) on Business Area level
- Responsibility of Asset Management and free cash flow (cash management), governance on BA level in close collaboration with Execution Unit Controlling
- Responsibility to carry out global planning, forecasting, reporting, and controlling tasks of bundled topics on Business Area level as well as Asset Management in accordance with financial and business management objectives
- Global responsibility to ensure transparency on financials and meaningful information basis to enable a result-oriented management in Gas Services
- Responsibility to drive digitalization in the area of responsibility (core processes, domain know-how, dataflow), together with GS BC DPS
What You Bring- University degree in the field of Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
- A minimum of 5-8 years of deep experience in Finance or Controlling, especially in closing and forecasting activities as well as in Asset Management, understanding of financial processes and related systems in Gas Services business environment and in analytic skills in financial KPIs
- Leadership experience as well as high skills for leading and motivating in complex and uncertain situations
- Medium technical understating of Siemens Energy products & solution as well as medium tool- and data- specific knowledge required (dashboards by visualization & guided analysis)
- Work & communicate across diverse, cross-disciplinary teams as well as influencing and persuasion skills
- Conceptual work and self-manage the own tasks and related resources by sound project management
- Fluent in German and English
About the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
