Job Description
Do you like games? Does the idea of using your experience, knowledge, and passion/insight to ensure an outstanding customer experience excite you? Our aim is to create moments of Spannung In-Game! Here, you will never have the same day twice!
You will be supporting your team on daily operational tasks and managing the co-operation with other departments to achieve our goals. With customer escalations, management insights, as well as KPI and P&L reporting, you will be providing feedback to your internal and external stakeholders.

Your playing field
- You will investigate and resolve Customer Operations escalations, monitor and provide feedback wherever necessary – this is how we can achieve better results.
- You will assist with operational reports on KPI's, as well as game analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Building strong relationships with Games providers and supporting your team in managing & maintaining Gaming lobbies as well as game releases. This is how you stay on top of your game.
- Investigation is in your nature, that is your approach to reporting and testing the games before realise ensuring compliancy, features, game play and user experience. We want to provide the best experience for our customers.
- We believe in data to make informed decisions, you will ensure the data held in the database and associated reporting is accurate by comparing with various sources.
Qualifications
Which skills you should bring to the pitch
- Experience. You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Operations Role or a similar analytical role within the gaming industry.
- Language. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. German language skills are desirable.
- Team Player. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, nurture a collaborative environment across departments and add value to an already successful team.
- Customer - centric. You are being able to put yourself in our customer's shoes, therefore you ensure that they can fully enjoy our product.
- Data driven. You have a natural talent to structure data for insightful reports and act upon results. Working with Excel is second nature to you.
- Self-motivated & Hands-on. With your passion for gaming and your creative mindset, you take ownership for your work and keep yourself motivated, even in challenging situations.
