Aklamio is seeking a tech-savvy Mid-level Account Executive with experience in the German speaking market to spearhead the adoption of Aklamio’s market-leading Customer Incentives Platform within core industries in the DACH region. We are looking for candidates based in Berlin, as the role requires attendance at our headquarter in Berlin-Schöneberg once per week. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming the landscape of enterprise marketing through technological innovation.

Activities

  • Lead Generation and Sales Execution: Target and engage with top brands within Aklamio’s core sectors (Energy, Telecom, Insurance, Finance) in Germany, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Benefit from strong market traction and impressive case studies with leading brands.
  • Advocacy for Incentive Marketing: Execute our established enterprise sales methodology and establish incentives as the favorite and most effective growth enabler within our industries and beyond.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of our platform, tailored to meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Solution Development: Understand the unique challenges of every customer and collaborate with our solutions and product teams to craft solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other regional sales teams, customer success managers, and the product team while independently driving sales operations in Germany.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in B2B enterprise sales in the German market.
  • Specific expertise in selling SaaS solutions, ideally within marketing and sales, to enterprise customers across our core industries.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in negotiating with corporate customers.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to address technical questions during negotiations.
  • Fluent in English + German. Additional languages are a big plus.
  • Opennes to feedback and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Ideally, you worked in the telecommunications or energy sector
