Deine Tätigkeiten:

  • Contract negotiations: Conducting contract negotiations with software providers.

  • Market analyses: Carrying out market analyses to secure optimum purchasing conditions and identify potential savings.

  • Licence management: Managing and maintaining purchased and registered software licences and ensuring licence compliance.

  • Data validation: Checking and validating commercial data to ensure an overview of costs and budgets.

  • Contract management: Management of contracts (terms, optimisation potential) as well as ongoing monitoring and adjustment to current requirements.
    Budget and risk management: Creation and maintenance of budgets, risk analyses and reports for optimal cost control.

  • IT Asset Management: Application of ITAM strategies to manage and optimise IT resources, especially in purchasing.

     

Das gesuchte Profil:

  • Expertise in licence management: in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of software licences and contract law.
     

  • Experience in IT asset management: Proven experience in the management of IT assets

  • Technical understanding: Solid technical understanding and knowledge of the IT industry.

  • Database skills: Experience working with databases, particularly for reporting.

  • Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.

  • Analytical thinking and negotiation skills: You are able to analyse complex contracts and conduct negotiations successfully.
