You will join to our Commerce Platform team composed of a Product Owners, Frontend and Backend Engineers, QA, and UX/UI Designers where you will be responsible for designing new features and enhancing existing ones ensuring high quality code for delivering e-commerce products to our stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • You will work in an awesome and professional cross-functional team within a highly dynamic and agile environment.

  • Write clean, high quality, testable, secure, maintainable and extendable code.

     

  • Develop backend website applications, API’s and manage databases for our ecommerce solutions.

  • Discuss and implement innovative solutions closely with your team and our business analysts as well as internal and external partners.

     

  • Contribute to the product vision by collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams across engineering, product and design.

  • Live the complete development cycle including writing automated tests, participating in code reviews and performing deployments.

  • Contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development
  • Help and mentor your fellow developers to continue growing their skills.

Your skills:

  • Highly motivated, open-minded and experienced software engineer.

  • Ability to write clean code in Nodejs and/or Ruby on Rails (we are open to other backend languages).

  • Seasoned in techniques such as design patterns, hexagonal architectures, DDD.

  • Proficient working with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

  • The passion for learning and continuously improving yourself, the processes, and the team around you.

  • Great understanding of the other disciplines in the cross functional team: QAs, Product and SREs.

  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.

  • Fluent in English, as it is the company’s working language.
