Job description

 

Enercon is looking for a HR employee.

As HR employee you'll contribute to the optimal functioning of the Human Resources Department by providing administrative and operational support.

 

Main roles, responsibilities and expectations:

  • Provide support with the recruitment and on-boarding process from A to Z
  • Responsible for handling, processing and following up on all HR related insurance files
  • Responsible for the absence administration of all staff members
  • Responsible for monitoring the evaluation and assessment interviews
  • Responsible for following up on non-compliance with procedures 
  • Provide operational support with the input of monthly wage data into the payroll system (SD Worx) for workers
  • Back-up for the monthly payroll administration for all employees
  • Provide support with the various monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Creating a personnel file/profile in different software systems (SAP, SD-worx,…) + keeping it up to date
  • Bringing structure to the personnel files, both the “paper files” and the “electronic files”; 
  • Check if the files are complete and adjust where necessary;
  • Publication of vacancies internally & externally (LinkedIn, VDAB, recruitment offices, schools, etc.);
  • Determine which interviews and potential tests the candidates must undergo and in what order (technical tests, Test Day, personality tests, assessments, etc.)
  • Organizing and participating in the interviews + reporting on them 
  • Drawing up the job offer letter and employment contract
  • Taking care of and organizing the on-boarding 
  • Preparing all administrative documentation upon recruitment
  • • Preparing and giving HR Tool box meetings/HR presentations 
  • Manage multiple mailboxes
  • Visit job fairs/events, schools, agencies,...

Job requirements

 

  • You have good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • You have 2 years of experience in a similar role (payroll and recruitment)
  • You must be able to work with both blue-, and white collar staff
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
  • You have a positive, pro-active approach, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You live within an acceptable distance from Jabbeke
  • lexibility and highly mobility required – willingness to travel across the country to meet the companies requirement
