Media Analysis Manager*

Marketing, Sales & Digital Business | Experienced | Permanent | Full-Time

Tasks

  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting various types of relevant media data for presentation to internal stakeholders as a basis for future marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring marketing KPIs through the extraction and analysis of data and results obtained in order to study compliance with the objectives and detect possible deviations
  • Ensuring media agency compliance with financial and performance audit results
  • Tracking KPIs, providing in-depth analysis to give suggestions for the areas to be improved based on the corresponding media landscape
  • Supporting and reviewing the operational work of media agencies
  • Ensuring the correct application of internal guidelines and correct documentation for internal and external audit purposes
  • Driving continuous improvement in controlling relevant concepts, processes and tools
  • Organising and coordinating agency pitches and audits
  • Verifying media invoices
  • Evaluating media platforms, in particular online media, media research data (e.g. YouGov, GfK, etc.) and target group analyses

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in media planning and purchasing
  • Comprehensive experience and expertise in marketing analysis and or marketing controlling
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Distinctive organizational skills and the ability to set priorities
  • High level of precision and detail orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
