We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. Hourly Pay of $20.25 an hour.
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and accurately
- Process transactions, reservations, or orders using our computer systems
- Provide product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies with flexibility
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company offerings and customer service best practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day and evening shifts
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
- Multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
