For our client, an international tech company, we are now hiring for the following position:

LEGAL COUNSEL (M/F/D)

• Provide legal counsel on privacy, AI, marketing, copyright, regulatory and commercial compliance, and contract negotiations
• Support Microsoft's strategically important products and services
• Develop innovative, cost-effective, and scalable legal solutions
• Advise business leadership and teams on legal matters
• Manage legal disputes and collaborate with external law firms
• Oversee and implement compliance policies and employee training

• Fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer with a degree obtained in Germany
• Several years of relevant work experience (law firm or corporate environment)
• Knowledge of data protection, licensing, IT law, public procurement, or compliance is an advantage
• Technical understanding of cloud technologies and software development trends
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken) required
