A Snapshot of Your Day
The role involves assisting in the design and execution of our Early Careers programs for young talents of the company, as well as contributing to the planning and organization of these initiatives. You will also support communication and change management processes by developing adapted materials. Additionally, you will be involved in ongoing initiatives like employer branding, sharing success stories, and community management. The role includes aiding in the organization of workshops and community meetings, as well as maintaining information platforms such as SharePoint and websites.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in design, planning, organization and implementation of new Early Professional learning and development programs and events
- Accompany the communication and change management process by creating target-group oriented communication and change management measures
- Contribute to our ongoing initiatives (employer branding, success stories, community management etc.)
- Support the organization of workshops, community meetings and presentations
- Assist with the maintenance of information platforms like Sharepoints or Websites
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in psychology, business administration, social sciences or comparable - ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Great interest in HR work - ideally already some practical experience in the HR field
- Affinity for digital media and collaboration
- Fit in dealing with MS Office
- Fluent German and English
- Solution-oriented and self-responsible work, creativity and commitment
