Tasks
Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, while acquiring new clients to increase NBI, transactions, and deposits.
Coordinate closely with Coverage Bankers and other teams across business lines, especially PCM, Trade Finance, and Factoring.
Promote Payments & Cash Management products and lead RFP responses for Cash Management.
Ensure successful client onboarding and service expansion in partnership with Client Service Teams.
Track deals in the CRM system for clear communication and monitor credit requirements.
Initiate credit applications with Credit & Risk teams and adhere to compliance standards.
Profile
Strong Payments & Cash Management experience
Blend of relationship management and sales skills
Knowledge in domestic guarantees and short-term credit facilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English (French a plus)
Analytical and solution-oriented, with regulatory knowledge
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
