Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) Fleet Purchase & Sale

You have experience in successfully launching and managing complex, state-of-the-art software products and mobility is your dedication? You will define, manage & own the strategy, development and lifecycle of our suits of fleet products including features for e.g. vehicle purchase, vehicle sales / remarketing and fleet optimization.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• E2E Ownership -You are responsible for managing the strategy/roadmap & development of our fleet tools in alignment with business (own & cross-functional departments), data science and engineering
• True Responsibility - You manage our engineering team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions while maintaining a balance between innovation and iteration. You keep track of the business impact of your products. You know your KPIs and metrics and apply them to structure, identify areas for optimization, and also prioritize your backlog
• Impact - You challenge business requirements & propose new requirements based on your gained business understanding, technical insights & user feedback

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education Your technical expertise is based on a university degree in an applicable field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, business economics)
• Experience Experience working as a product manager or owner in an Agile/Scrum environment and being familiar with agile software development methodologies & tools (Jira & Confluence)
• Soft skills You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure product performance
• Mindset Drive & willingness to fill the given trust & ownership including the capability to handle the dynamic surrounding that comes along such responsibility
• Collaboration You are capable of challenging both Business & Data Scientists / Engineers
• Language You are fluent in English

The purchasing department buys everything! With a lot of creativity and expertise, we manage the balancing act every day between the specifications of the internal quality requirements and the premium focus of SIXT. This includes Fleet Purchase (national and international) as well as Strategic and Operational Procurement teams.
