Cloud System Engineer (m/w/d)

On this position you will manage and enhance strategic cloud platforms, focusing on Google Cloud and SAP Cloud. Ensure secure and stable operations while collaborating with development teams and international partners to implement cloud solutions. Optimize DevSecOps processes and maintain technical documentation.

• Management, maintenance, and development of strategic cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud and SAP Cloud.

• Continuous monitoring to ensure secure and stable operations, coordinating with internal and external contacts for problem resolution.

• Collaboration with developers, architects, and project teams to implement cloud-native solutions with international partners and departments.

• Improvement and optimization of processes, particularly in secure automation of infrastructure components and applications (DevSecOps).

• Creation and regular updates of technical documentation using cloud functions like Asset Management.

• Completed IT degree or vocational training with relevant work experience.

• Extensive experience in developing, managing, and maintaining cloud solutions, preferably Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong expertise in Cloud IAM, Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, containerization, and automation (IaC, CI/CD), with experience in using APIs.

• Proficient in at least one programming language and skilled with Terraform, Git, and data formats like JSON and YAML.

• Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented with a proactive approach in both agile and traditional projects.

• Passionate about new technologies with a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
