We are currently searching for a Group Financial Analyst/Expert (m/f/d) for one of our clients to fill a newly created position. Our client is a young yet already established fintech company. The role can be performed fully remotely.

Your potential Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and enhance complex Excel models for business planning and forecasting
Prepare in-depth analysis such as revenue/ EBITDA bridges
Lead review of budget vs actual numbers and prepare deviation analysis
Conduct detailed ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
Communicate financial results and insights effectively in PowerPoint presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Work directly with the Group Director of Finance and CFO on confidential and high-impact projects

You bring the following qualifications

You impress with a confident demeanor, a high degree of independence, and possess the following qualities:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field is preferred
Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (macros and VBA is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (prior experience in ThinkCell is a plus)
Advanced quantitative and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively, including presenting ideas both in written presentations and to small groups
Ability to interact and communicate well with senior management, peers and professional staff
Quick learner, Detail oriented; Demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work
Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency
