For our client in Berlin, a company that offers flexible living solutions, we are looking for a Financial Controller to start immediately.

The position is initially limited to 5 months.

Deine Aufgaben

You will manage and control financial and accounting operations, ensuring that all transactions and financial reports are accurately and completely recorded
Supporting month-end and year-end closings is part of your role, as well as ensuring the quality of financial processes
You will regularly liaise with external accounting and audit partners and coordinate collaboration
Every month, you will review performance against the budget and prepare variance reports to provide a precise overview of the financial position
You will develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Dein Profil

A completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (Bachelor's or Master's)
3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in Lucanet as a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, from employees to management and external partners
Quick learner with the ability to work flexibly under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Full working proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
