Energize Group, a trusted SAP recruitment agency in Germany, is excited to collaborate with a leading automotive company based north of Mannheim. We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Inhouse Specialist to join our client’s team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes in a fast-paced, globally renowned automotive environment.

Position Overview:

As an SAP QM Inhouse Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining SAP QM solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure robust quality management processes across the production cycle, from raw material inspection to final product quality control, helping to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence in the automotive sector.

Tasks

  • SAP QM Solution Management: Configure, optimize, and maintain SAP QM functionalities to support quality processes, including inspections, quality planning, and defect management.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with business units and quality management teams to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM configurations.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline quality management workflows using SAP QM, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations.

  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and EWM to support end-to-end quality and supply chain processes.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve issues within the SAP QM module, ensuring minimal disruption to quality operations.

  • User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and create comprehensive documentation to support end-users and stakeholders.

  • Data Analytics: Utilize SAP QM to generate insights and reports that help improve product quality and optimize production processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP QM functionalities, industry trends, and best practices to enhance quality management capabilities within the company.

Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant or Inhouse Specialist, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP QM functionalities, including quality planning, inspections, results recording, and defect management.

  • Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality management processes in the automotive sector, including ISO/TS standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Integration Experience: Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and EWM.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex issues and optimize quality processes.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Language Proficiency: Minimum German language skills at level B2 and fluent English.

  • Residency Requirement: Apply only if currently living and working in Germany.
