Position Overview:

As an SAP HCM Time Management/PT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the global consultancy's SAP HCM implementation projects, focusing on Time Management and Personnel Time (PT) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP HCM modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The global consultancy offers a salary of up to €100.000, 100% remote working option, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Tasks

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HCM Time Management and PT solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze time-related requirements.

  • Provide expertise in areas such as Time Recording, Absence Management, and Time Evaluation.

  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants, ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with other SAP functional leads to ensure seamless integration with other HCM modules.

  • Support end-users through training sessions and resolve time management issues in a timely manner.

  • Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices, industry trends, and updates to enhance system performance.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an SAP HCM Time Management/PT Lead with a focus on successful implementations.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Time Recording, Absence Management, and Time Evaluation.

  • Strong understanding of time management and personnel time processes and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • SAP HCM certification is a plus.
