Inhouse SAP Consultant (m/f/d)

Our client is a prominent manufacturer, recognized for its industry-leading machinery solutions.

• Accountable for user support, operations, enhancement, and implementation of IT applications within the SAP HCM domain, as part of a central SAP HCM team.

• Responsible for the continuous development of the ESS/MSS interface.

• Develop analyses and concepts, ensuring successful implementation and comprehensive documentation.

• Foster strong collaboration with internal business units, IT departments, and oversee the management of external service providers.

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM field, preferably with project experience.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time Management, Organizational Management, Fiori, etc.).

• Strong analytical abilities and a structured, methodical approach to work. Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
