Cloud Operations Engineer (f/m/d) - 100% remote!

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated deployment and configuration processes for SaaS solutions.

• Manage the provisioning, monitoring, and operation of cloud solutions based on service level agreements.

• Ensure system stability and performance for customers.

• Conduct rapid error analysis in case of system malfunctions.

• Initiate corrective measures to restore normal operations immediately.

• Practical experience in software development and/or SaaS operations.

• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies.

• Expertise in DevOps practices, integration, performance testing, and optimization of SaaS applications.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, AWS, and Azure cloud platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient German and English language skills required.
