• Optimization of governance, risk, and compliance structures in IT

• Evaluation and implementation of regulatory requirements

• Advising management on IT compliance matters

• Support in IT security and information management

• Coordination of internal and external audits

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification

• 2–3 years of experience in the IT or financial sector

• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27xxx, BAIT, DORA is desirable

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Fluency in German and English

• Analytical mindset, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
