Job Highlights
- Lead the global strategy and marketing team within the Business Unit Liquid Purification Technologies, including guidance, mentoring and development of team members
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports continuous improvement and excellence
Responsibilities within Strategy:
- Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with corporate goals and vision
- Drive initiatives to grow the business by expanding into new markets, optimizing business models, and developing targeted
- Conduct strategic market assessments to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Develop and implement partnership strategies with OEMs, technology providers, and regional distributors to strengthen the market presence of the business unit
Responsibilities within Marketing:
- Optimize the product portfolio of the business unit, ensuring alignment with market demands and application needs
- Driving marketing excellence initiatives
- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to enhance marketing performance tracking
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance the competitive position of the business unit globally
Requirements
- MBA/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, or equivalent
- Significant experience in global marketing, with proven success in developing and implementing global marketing strategies
- Ability to lead diverse and international teams, with analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
- Effective communication with various stakeholders and within interdisciplinary project teams, strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
