About us

Our client is a renowned German fashion brand, specializing in high-quality, timeless apparel for women.

Tasks

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with national regulations and IFRS.

  • Processing and recording of business transactions.

  • Performing account reconciliations and clarifications.

  • Managing intercompany reconciliations.

  • Maintaining the chart of accounts and financial reporting.

  • Ensuring timely submission of reports (e.g., VAT, statistical reports).

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for auditors and tax consultants.

Profile

  • Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk), ideally with additional qualifications as an accountant.

  • Strong professional experience in the relevant field.

  • Proficient in using ERP systems (preferably MS D365) and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and numerical understanding.

  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.
