Activities

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for two key segments: enterprise OEMs and undigital dealerships.
  • Lead content-driven campaigns to nurture leads for large OEMs, positioning ClearOps as the go-to solution in the industry.
  • Create innovative and localized marketing campaigns for dealerships, utilizing out-of-the-box tactics like guerrilla marketing to capture attention in traditional markets.
  • Plan, manage, and execute high-profile industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to increase ClearOps’ brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling product marketing materials that enhance outreach and customer engagement.
  • Manage and host internal and external events aimed at building strong relationships with dealership partners and industry influencers.
  • Utilize SEO/SEA techniques to optimize digital marketing efforts, ensuring ClearOps maintains a strong online presence.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and measure performance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams to align marketing strategies with ClearOps' overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Travel to key events and conferences to represent ClearOps and engage with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably within the heavy machinery, automotive, or related industries.
  • Strong background in content marketing and lead nurturing, particularly with large enterprise accounts like OEMs.
  • Hands-on experience with product marketing to support sales initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Creative mindset with a proven track record in developing and executing localized marketing campaigns for traditional, undigital audiences, such as machinery dealerships.
  • Event management expertise, including planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEA to enhance digital visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools for managing campaigns and streamlining processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest or curiosity about heavy machinery and related industries to better connect with the target audience.
  • Willingness to travel for events and conferences as needed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in event planning and management within both digital and physical spaces. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools for streamlined processes.
