YOUR TEAM
We are looking for a working student to support our ‘PMT - Processes, Methods and Tools (TZ)’ team with immediate effect. In your role, you will gain first-hand experience from classic vehicle development to agile software development and and become an integral part of the team thats works on the joint development of all areas of the company.
For this purpose, TZ provides compliant process and method reference models as well as consistent toolchains, and we empower every employee to focus on creating value for our customers. Furthermore we provide practical expertise to advise and support the TZ organization. Our team develops sustainable methods for the efficient use of PMT processes and tools within CARIAD and across VW Group brands. We create, document and train best practices for standardized software development processes with our PMT toolchain, from requirements management through to final release
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be responsible for analysing, designing, implementing and rolling out CARIAD-specific e-learning courses and paths in our Degreed learning platform, particularly in the area of processes, methods and tools
- You plan, organise, prepare and conduct workshops with our stakeholders and customers
- You collabrate with various departments to identify training needs and develop customized learning solutions
- You maintain and update training documents and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and the CARIAD Academy
WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled student in the area of industrial engineering, computer science, business informatics or equivalent field (please specify the expected date of your graduation or end of enrollment)
- Proficient in communication with a team-player attitude
- Analytical understanding, proactive mindset and good structuring skills
- Interested in learning new technologies (e.g. AI-tools) and people development
- Fluent in German and English
NICE TO KNOW
- Remote work options within Germany
- Duration: 6 months
- 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
