Tasks

  • Independently plan, manage, and coordinate projects.

  • Take responsibility for resource allocation and budget oversight.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.

  • Contribute to the development of the overall IT roadmap.

  • Coordinate with external service providers and implementation partners for the managed projects.

  • Analyze, evaluate, and support change requests within the demand management process.

  • Provide analysis, evaluation, and guidance in the creation of project concepts.

  • Lead and manage project teams for the assigned projects.

  • Maintain communication and coordination with key stakeholders.

  • Participate in the transformation to new technology platforms (e.g., S/4 HANA).

  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with IT standards and strategies.

Profile

  • A completed degree in economics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field of study.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in managing SAP projects or sub-projects, ideally in the area of materials management and logistics.

  • Experience in designing cross-system IT solutions.

  • Knowledge of customizing in one of the SAP logistics modules is preferred.

  • Strong task- and process-oriented thinking, along with excellent analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
