We use EWM Embedded in S/4HANA as a strategic platform for our global customers. This SAP platform is continuously functionally enhanced by our internal SAP frontend and backend development team. We carry out global EWM template development in parallel with several full-lifecycle customer implementation projects on our own SAP system landscapes.
Your role:
As an SAP EWM IT Solution Architect, you are responsible for the functional components in the SAP EWM projects.
You will provide technical support to our in-house consulting project teams and ensure compliance with functional standards.
You make decisions about functionality and implementation methods together with our business.
The role is practice-oriented (partly hands-on) with a strong focus on the latest SAP EWM solutions.
You are responsible for the implementation of an agile implementation model and also as product owner of our templating team.
Consulting and project experience in SAP EWM and S/4HANA Analytical skills, proven ability to evaluate problems, find the right solution for the respective purpose and the ability to develop solutions independently.
Stakeholder management and leadership, proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and to lead our internal EWM template team.
At least 10+ years of relevant experience in multiple end-to-end project implementations in the area of SAP EWM.
Very good practical work experience with EWM customizing.
Very good understanding of the processes in contract logistics (inbound, outbound picking, internal, packing, shipping, VAS).
Experience as a product owner with the ability to analyze requirements, translate them into an EWM solution and guide the internal developers and consultants.
Linguistic proficiency:
English at C2 - business fluent in spoken and written language.
German at B1.
Beneficial:
Experience in working with a virtual team.
Experience in dealing with an onshore/offshore model.
Very good functional understanding of SAP EWM
Experience in SAP SD, SAP MM, LES-WM, LES TRA
Formal Training & Certification
University degree in a relevant field or proven relevant professional experience
Beneficial: Certification in SAP EWM Consulting.
