Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Definition of a clear vision for the CRM ecosystem in terms of technology and architecture
- Verification and preparation of requirements and development of development-related solution concepts with a focus on CRM
- Documentation of the system architecture for the global CRM system
- Technical guidance for product owners
- Close collaboration and coordination in a cross-functional team from business and IT
- Ensuring smooth integration of the CRM tool into the LH system landscape with regard to interfaces, as well as technology and security standards
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Comprehensive technical expertise in the area of Business Solutions, in particular CRM, as well as in the design of architectures
- Knowledge and experience in the field of requirements engineering, ideally in an agile environment
- High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
- Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
